TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VLTOR Weapon Systems website and your purchase of products and services from VLTOR Weapon Systems ("VLTOR," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3735 N Romero Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from VLTOR Weapon Systems. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the products you are ordering under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, possession, transportation, and use of firearm components and accessories in your jurisdiction.
3. FIREARMS COMPLIANCE
VLTOR Weapon Systems manufactures and sells firearm components, accessories, and complete firearms. All sales and shipments are conducted in strict compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) and the National Firearms Act (NFA).
Complete Firearms and Regulated Items
Complete firearms and any items regulated under federal or state law must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). By ordering such items, you agree to provide valid FFL dealer information for the transfer. You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot verify a valid FFL or if the transaction would violate any applicable law.
Prohibited Transactions
We will not sell or ship products to any person or jurisdiction where such sale or shipment would violate federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if we believe the transaction may be unlawful. Orders may not be placed on behalf of prohibited persons as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
Export Restrictions
Our products are subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Products may not be exported or re-exported without proper authorization from the U.S. Department of State. We currently ship only within the United States.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our website is error-free, complete, or current. Colors shown in product images may vary due to monitor settings and photographic lighting.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices, even after your order has been confirmed. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance by VLTOR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards processed through Authorize.Net. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. SHIPPING
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. VLTOR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Unused, unmodified products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at support@vltor.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
- Complete firearms returns are subject to additional FFL transfer requirements
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
8. WARRANTY
VLTOR Weapon Systems warrants its manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
Warranty claims must be submitted to support@vltor.com with proof of purchase. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the warranted product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from VLTOR or an authorized VLTOR dealer.
9. SHOOTING RANGE SERVICES
Use of the VLTOR shooting range is subject to all posted range rules and safety procedures. All range users must sign a liability waiver before using the facility. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates range rules or whom we deem to be acting unsafely.
Range reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances. Range fees are non-refundable for no-shows.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and software, is the property of VLTOR Weapon Systems and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VLTOR WEAPON SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
VLTOR WEAPON SYSTEMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, OR UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OF OUR PRODUCTS. FIREARMS AND FIREARM COMPONENTS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE SAFETY GUIDELINES AND LAWS.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VLTOR Weapon Systems, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website, products, or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website, products, or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
