All VLTOR products are controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and appear on the U.S. Munitions List (USML). Export, re-export, or transfer to foreign persons or entities requires prior written authorization from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Violations are subject to severe criminal and civil penalties under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA).
